I am a little disappointed that floweraura could not deliver to Divar in Goa at short notice (3-4hours) but I cant blame them as another website (flowerapp) cancelled our order last minute without any intimation and I had to look to reorder elsewhere. Nevertheless I must mention that the representative Ruby Singh who assisted my query did her best to try and help but unfortunately the store couldnt deliver....

They charge shipping and delivery fee. The delivery was late. Half the items were delivered and half next day without any apology. Can’t reach out to customer service and no one picks up the phone.
