It has been a very frustrating experience I've had with this brand, my wife and I rarely give a bad review, but this time we decided to do it, our vehicle has been being repaired by Hyundai for about 45 days because part of the time they were waiting for a call from the technicians to know what to do. The one handling our case is named Ericka, she hasn't called us even once to explain the process and the current status of the vehicle, each time it has been my wife who calls, even today when they told her that the vehicle was ready and that all that was left was for the company to make the payment, Ericka told her that it was ready and that she should go pick up the vehicle, when we got there, Ericka had already left and the person who helped us told us that we had to pay the total of the bill that according to Ericka the insurance would take care of, the young man didn't even look for a solution to solve the problem or call the insurance company, he just told us to come back the next day. The supervisor was listening and didn't dare to take action. They should take action and offer better service...

Probably should have stopped after the first one. But I ended it when they handed me a bad alignment report and told me that it was fine. Took it to another place and they found the real issue and fixed it first try.
Also way back for a complementary service, this is the only place that tried to charge me for something additional. Maybe they were right, maybe not, but either way I haven't ran in circles with any other Hyundai shop. Take the...
Read moreWhen I was buying the car Ionic 5 2025, I was told that I add a choice of a free Level 2 charger and could pick my contractor or a $400 to $450 charging credit. After buying the car I went to the Hyundai site, no credit option and before sending you the charger you need to do throw a Hyundai contractor that cost $1500 or install solar panel. Will think twice before coming back to your Dealer Ship for a new car. All that for $450. Send multiple Emails and no response. Horrible after sale service, seems like nobody cares after the sales is done. At the end I had to buy a charger on Amazon...
