A night of high and low lights... We showed up at 6:45 on a Saturday to a 50-75% full restaurant. There was no line or wait in the lobby. Despite this we were informed that we couldn't get a table for the next hour and the bar was our only option. We checked out the bar and decided to order some apps/drinks while waiting out the hour. I went back to the host stand and expressed my frustration but said I would wait. I believe I was interacting with the manager at the time who informed me that the issue was due to kitchen staff shortage. This didn't make sense since we could order food at the bar. It then became a wait staff shortage. This didn't make sense either because I wasn't able to wait for the next available table; they just made me a reservation on open table for one hour from then. Thankfully, from this point the night improved. Our flight of wine was good, and of the oysters, mussels, and bao that we ordered, all were wonderful. $20 is kinda pricey for 6 medium size oysters, and the mussels were a bit too spicy to not at least mention spiciness on the menu description, but the Bao was probably the highlight of the evening. I highly suggest this appetizer. We eventually got our table, and the Steak and Fish that we ordered were both very good. It's a shame that they weren't more accommodating when we first arrived. It's not like there was a line out the door or lack of space... This could have easily been a five-star experience if it didn't begin on such...

Wonderful wonderful experience!! I am a big wine girl and go to Napa often. Visiting this NH winery was absolutely fabulous. Had a girls trip up north for a private tour and tasting of 6 delicious wines. When arriving we were greeted right away by Melanie. She ended up being our tour and wine person and she was so wonderful. She gave great history and tour of the grounds. Walking the vineyards, seeing the production room and even envisioning a my future wedding here (SO GORGEOUS). Melanie took photos of us girls and was absolutely wonderful. She told us her favorite wine and we all tried it and LOVED IT. All four of us girls bought a bottle of Granite. Towards the end we found out it was one of her first tours and she did a great job. I loved her and she made us want to come back soon. She also recommended the restaurant on site and we went there.. next paragraph on that.
Had some patio drinks and food with some girls after visiting the winery next door. I am in love with this whole space. Wine, food, golf AND mini golf! What a hidden gem that I cannot wait to come back to. Had no reservations but got seated right away at the gorgeous patio. Our server was James and he was such a peach. He was funny, friendly and gave such great recommendations. I had a creamy espresso martini and margarita flatbread. Both were great and all my friends food looked just as wonderful. Cannot wait to come back to...
Read moreMy first time here was for an office outing. Sadly, the food was not as I would expect for a function center. Being one of the few with dietary restrictions, the "special" foods were hiding behind the chafing dish for the rest of the crowd, and the wait staff needed to be asked for it (why not put it out with a small sign as to what the difference was?). Also, veggie burgers were served only with the dry bun, no condiments, no tomato, lettuce, just dry bread. Also, when an outdoor event is being held during a heat advisory, you might want to provide enough shade for all guests (2 tents, because one didn't seem like enough) and maybe an industrial fan or two to move the air. I really hope this is the anomaly, because otherwise it seems like a...
