Sargent Park — Attraction in Des Moines

It's a beautiful Park, however I was harassed alone in my car with my son by a person begging for money. I did not have anything to give him, and politely told him as much. He insisted on standing in front of my car and harassing me. I locked my doors roll my windows up and waited for him to leave, he continued to wander around the park and I did not feel safe whatsoever. I hope one day we can see what this park has to offer otherwise.
