Person on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him why I was calling and asked him a question to just make conversation and he said things like “WELL YOU CALLED ME SHOULDN'T YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY, ” and “CAN YOU CUT TO THE CHASE.”

I don’t know who he thinks he is but if this is how he treats honest people who called to ask a simple question, then maybe he should work somewhere more up to his speed because he clearly can’t handle a basic customer...
