Very interesting how these people will let their delivery drivers hit your car and then when calling their shop they laugh about it, then proceed to call you a liar through their Facebook just because you wanted them to take some accountability. They are unprofessional, childish, and not acting with basic decency. They also claimed on the phone that a third party was driving their vehicle that 'shouldn't be' as though it were comedic and not concerning. They claimed, as well, that the people who backed into the car and drove off had tried to return, but they never did as the event occurred outside of our house and we have not gone anywhere. Your business would be better suited anywhere else, and if you seek delivery from these people, it may be in your best interest to park far away.

edit to respond to the owners inaccurate claims: it was not stated at any point that it was a family member driving, we were told directly from whoever answered the phone at your store that it was 'someone who shouldn't be'. That is what we were told directly. Also, again, no one returned. We would have seen as it was literally directly outside of our home and we never left. Unless this person was invisible, it's not possible anyone returned, unless they went somewhere else where they'd hit another vehicle. Also, we never claimed they slammed into anything, all we said was that they backed into our car, which is still not right or ok. We also never asked for any money and you know that. You are simply trying to discredit us to try to do damage control. All we asked for was for you to hold your driver accountable to make sure they are not out there continuing to be reckless. We did not ask for anything and still are not. We did contact the police to make a noted report of the incident, but we were not looking for any form of charges or compensation, simply making note of the incident if the inconsiderate and reckless behaviors continued. The continued shirking of responsibility and attempts to make us appear as bad faith actors is predictable, but still...

My husband went to their store and bought us a washer. Pricing was fair and the washer was like new. They delivered the same day even in all the snow and ice we had. Our basement steps from the outside aren’t the best but they had no problem unloading the washer down to my basement. Hookup was fast and the gentleman was very professional and kind. I used the washer immediately after he left and everything ran perfectly except for the drain and spin option. So I called them the next day and they was able to come 2 days later and only because of my schedule. If I didn’t have plans they would’ve been able to come the next day. So the day they was supposed to come they made sure to call me to ask me if they could come in a couple days because they had a family emergency. Which I had no problem with. They communicated WELL with me and when they did come to look at it he figured out the problem and was able to fix it. The gentleman again was extremely helpful and professional. I know this is a long review but I just needed to share my experience with them and let everyone know that I HIGHLY recommend them for any appliances...

I bought a washer and dryer set from here almost a week ago. Told them our situation and decided to buy a set instead of just a washer. They were honest as we had a good selection to pick from. We did try for a delivery witch comes with warranty. But due to the freezing temperatures and road conditions, they were unable to deliver. Called the owner and made arrangements to do pick up and got full refund since delivery wasn’t an option that night and holiday would be days till we got our units. Very satisfied with the quick response from the owner. Now I do have one issue with the dryer. During the demo process to show us that they work great. Washer and dryer checked out with no issues. Got home and installed them the dryer starts to squeak for the first 5-10 seconds of start up and goes away. Found out it’s just a bad tension pulley. But quick repair on my end. Friendly services and would recommend them for their honesty, in their units and friendly. I hope these units last us for...
