BUYER BEWARE!!! I don't believe that any of the reviews on here are from actual customers! This place is the worst. They are not trying to make an honest living and are trying to scam people out of money. I saw an add online and drove all the way out to the store(about a 45minute drive) after texting with them and being assured that the phone was in EXCELLENT MINT condition. Unless you have seen phones come from the factory with scratches and dents this was not even close to mint condition. I walked in and asked for the specific phone that we had discussed. They then tried to hide all of the scratches and dents by asking if I wanted to buy a case and of course I did. Who buys a $600 phone without getting a case for it? After picking one they said why don't we put it on the phone to see what it looks like. I said sure and after they put the case on and I paid they gave it to me. Just before I left I noticed a scratch peeking out at the corner of the case. I took the case off and realized they were trying to scam me!! I told the man that there were scratches all over it and he seriously looked at me and said "where?" After I pointed them out and showed him many many scratches, he said that they no longer had the one that I was talking about and in mint condition because I had asked about it the day before and it was no longer in store. They still charged me the same price as if it were in mint condition! I insisted on a refund and could not get out of the store fast enough. I still cannot understand how they stay in business with shady practices like this. DO NOT EVER GO HERE(unless you want to get ripped off and throw money away)!
EDIT: (in response to owners post)I did call before I came and was told that it was still there but got a different story after pointing out the scratches. They do allow a 7 day trial period but what he didn't mention is that the charge you a 20% restocking fee if you decide it isn't the phone for you. Still a colossal waste even going there. Also note that they didn't begin their response with an apology for the service I received but instead sorry that I posted a negative review. What a joke! Sticking to my original recommendation AVOID...
Read moreI had been shopping at this location for the past 2 years already. From iPhone to iPad Pro. You won’t find another place like this. All the workers there are knowledgeable and understanding. I got a Microsoft Surface Pro but decided that I didn’t like it. They went ahead and listen to what I need and did not charge me for restock fee. They are very reasonable with the price as well. Don’t forget that they also do trade-in as well. I usually get a respond back less than 5 minutes on trade-in value. Thank you for being here because I can get everything I needed without breaking my wallet.
Update: Just got another MacBook Pro 14 M1 Pro with them after traded in my iPad Pro 12.9 after two years of use. Guys, they are still one of my favorite place to go after so many years. They gave me a very decent price on trading in my old devices. I don't have to be afraid of meeting random people or see lowballers offering me pricing on Facebook marketplace. I want to take out my time again to update this because I want everyone to be aware of this hidden gem place. Check them out guys!
For those comments below talking about low-balling price for trading in. Guys, let me tell you guys that Apple have trade in options, but they won't offer you cash price rather than trade-in value. Plus, most of these devices that they are selling still come with apple care and can be extended. We are not going to compare this place to get the cheapest electronics. What we need to keep in mind is the service that they provided. We can easily go on eBay and filter from cheapest to highest price to find what you want but good luck finding it in a pristine condition. My point is simple. If you don't want the hassle to sell your old device and upgrading your current device, go to Express Electronics....
Read moreI've been dealing with this store for the past 5 years-ish. I bought a phone from a private seller the year before I found Express and it was a pain. I had to try to make sure the IMEI was clear, the phone worked, was compatible with my service, and on and on. But, the two young men I've dealt with at this store do all of that for you. If you research the prices on most of the phones they sell, you'll find that Express has great prices, especially considering you don't have to worry about your phone being reported stolen in a month and being blacklisted.
The two young men there are more than helpful and they do know their stuff. Just educate yourself a little before you go, cause nobody knows everything and phone technology changes constantly. I will not buy a used phone anywhere else. We've bought 6 phones in the last 5 years and have never, never had a problem with any of them.
One small warning though, the building looks like a hole in the wall (sorry Express) and parking can be a little challenging. During the holidays, you can't even turn around in the store because it's packed. It's all the guys working in there can do to keep up. So be patient, don't judge a book by it's cover (cause it's keeping your prices low) and don't drive a gigantic truck with no turn radius into the parking lot or you may have a coronary trying to get...
