Robinson Falls — Attraction in Dunbar Township

Robinson Falls is just outside of Connellsville next to the road. GPS will get you there. When driving, you can't really see it. So, you need to park in a gravel lot next to the bridge and walk across the road. The falls is in front of you about 60 feet away.

I saw a path on the other side of the bridge, which would have given a closer view of the falls. However, it was rugged, with part of the path appearing to be washed away.

Gorgeous horseshoe shaped falls, deep pool at the base, along with lower pools further down the creek. There are stairs to reach the lower pool but they aren't the greatest. I wouldn't recommend if you have bad knees/ankles. I do recommend sturdy shoes that wont slip off! The rocks are shale and are very loose in most of the areas. I would not bring small children. This place was so accessible. Dropped my son off at a baseball game for pre-game practice and was able to get a good look at the falls before the game started.
