Cornwallis Road Park — Attraction in Durham

I love this place. I love it so much that I hesitate to review it because I don't want it flooded with people. There is a nice trail for walking/jogging and a disc golf course and playground.

The disc golf is my favorite. It's a nice beginner course and well maintained. It has some neat holes and challenges.

I like to bring my dog along as I walk about in the woods. There are fewer trash cans than I would prefer, so it can take a moment of walking around to find one, but for the most part everybody does a good job of appropriately disposing of...

Bathrooms killed this park for us! Cute park tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Seems great? Except the restrooms. Aside from the toilet leaking all over the floor you are unable to close our lock the door. No handles, no locks, no privacy and certainly no security! Who failed at their job Durham Parks? Seems like a major fail! Considering you can be locked in from the outside by anyone with a stick. Watched a few girls tease and lock another girl inside today. Not...

With it being my first time there I definitely enjoyed the technicalities it offered and it showed me that the baskets have to have a soft putter and you have to hit them just right or your getting a spot out. The different pad positions offer different lines on the fairways and keep you honest,very uneven grounds so you get a lot of different reactions and keeps you on your toes, 😂. Definitely a must play mad visit course very nice in my opinion...
