The fruit and vegetable wines tend to be on the sweeter side. The tasting room is small and connects to a green house with flowers and flower baskets. In the tasting room you will also find various jams and sauces from the farm. All the people were kind and helpful.
Wine Review: My wife really liked the rhubarb wine. Most rhubarb wines (mine included) are pink in color. Not Staehly's. Their rhubarb was greener, sweet, with a sativa or indica aroma and taste. It was interesting, but not off-putting.
