Rainbow Shops — Attraction in East Hartford

I always shop at the location on School street in East Hartford and I know all of the saleswoman. Well I'm upset to say that I won't ever shop at this location ever again. They were so nasty to me because my item broke and I wanted to exchange for another one. I told them that I put so much money into this business and they should never treat me like that. It's not like I was asking for my money back, I only wanted an exchange....

I'm just going to Shop online. I dislike being stared at as if I'm going steal something. No greetings when you walk in and no service. The only time I was acknowledged is when I asked for help. Please don't assume everyone is a thief bc that's totally not my character. Disappointed customer. I'll never step foot at this clothing...
