Strike 3 you are out!!!Iam very disappointed in how this is being run.Very unprofessionally serviced rude waitresses and on top of it what they are doing re frying food that is very dangerous!!!!! I whispered to the waitress to please make sure my food comes out fresh that’s the only special request I asked for because the food here definitely have potential.But I guess no one took me seriously and tought they can get away with serving me food that’s been out all day!!!.All they did way re frying food the yuca alcapurias looked as dark as a guineo one!!! 3 times ladies and gentlemen.while waiting patiently I had asked for a coke and when it came time to get a refill the waitress said that she will tell my waitress smh.my waitress was sitting down chilling and I had to literally get up and ask her for a refill she stated no one told her ok I let that slide.So when my food got to my table it looked so terrible omg!!Took one bite and yup exactly how it looked that was the taste old and burnt!!!!im telling my hole crew about this and convince everyone not to go there...when I told the waitress that my food was refríed she went and made a scene like she’s straight out of prison!! Not good not good at all i paid my soda and left.beware old re fried food being served here.i rather go...

It’s so sad because I’ve been going to this place for years, back when they had their old smaller location on silver lane next to the gas station. I would refer all of my coworkers to this place because their food was really good. Unfortunately, they have made me look bad because their service, their food, customer service, communication etc is terrible. Perhaps they are under new management or they put too much money into their decor that they forgot how to run a business and make quality food. There has been many times that my order wasn’t correct or the person taking my order doesn’t even know what they have available. The price is way too expensive for the poor quality you receive. The last time I called to order I think I was speaking to someone new because they said they had to call me back to ask the manger if they could make me the meal I requested, which is an item on their menu.I waited on hold for literally 27 minutes before she asked if she could call me back. Waisted my entire lunch hour. This review is based on several occasions with this restaurant not just one. I am very disappointed and if I could leave zero...

BAD SERVICE&OVERPRICED ! Paid & rsrv'd table in advance(175+20%Gratuity) for a Sat night(Dec22)for nothing! Got there some people were sitting on our table! Waitress was nervous to say anything (despite sign was up) (U REALLY DONT NEED RSRV TO SIT @ "vip" area) Got there @10pm 2recieve my invites (which get free entrance according to guy I made deal with (won't mention his name) He said he'll be ready for everything at the door..BS!! He showed before midnight and had no control at the door let alone service! The table set up was low budget! saddest service EVER-EVER! No opoligize just Excuse after Excuses made me sick! I literally had to stand by door to make sure my people got in without being harassed for more money @ door! TERRIBLE!! Place was silent till after 11 when the DJ showed up! Joke! 20%gratuity for nothing you pour your own drinks, have to constantly ask for napkins cups straws so on..Don't waist your money here! Not gonna go on about this..ain't nobody got time! BOTTLE SERV HERE SHOULD BE $60 and bump that gratuity! (that's the lane dude needs to stay in)and not even just get there lit!! I rather give my money...
