Burger King — Restaurant in East Hartford

I like going this place because their food is fresh. But the stuff all they are discussing and arrogant expect 1 older lady Spanish. She’s the most polite nice always with smile the rest rude.i go there all the time sometimes twice a day. I just left from there just now the guy(white guy) there was 2 guys. He put ketchup in the bag which I did NOT ask for and after I left I saw ketchup on my French fries so I returned back and I asked for different fries he said pull on the side so the customer don’t have to wait too long. I refused to stay on the side. It doesn’t take to long to give me different fries and he got nerve to come to me saying ‘’I told you to stay on the side for next time you don’t get your fries’’ the guy(white) he is unprofessional and disgusting person. 1st of all I wouldn’t wasted my time to come back if he save the Company ketchup. And 2nd of all the way how he made me to wait the cars behind me can wait too. I’m customer too. He’s the most uneducated person. He should not be working as customer service. Last time I came the black lady with color hair with her attituded throw my food. They probably tired seeing me that’s fine. They don’t know who I am. Everybody is gonna get what they deserve. The reason why I edited I rated the service 1 start but they make it seems 5 star. I might be 1 customer but I spent $300-400 a month to that place but not anymore. I don’t recommend no one...

My wife and I always go to this Burger king around 10ish 30 every Wednesday and get usually the same thing, she gets a plain hamburger, and I get basically the same thing a whopper or a double Texas whopper, last night at around 10:25ish give or take 5 minutes, we came through and got our typical order, but tonight due to the advertising of the BBQ Brisket Burger I got that, yeah well.....if you ask me do not get that burger, the minute I got home (we live about 10 minutes away in Glastonbury Center) after we ate in the parking lot which my wife and I usually do I started to not feel good, I started sweating, and feeling like I had a fever and having to go let's just say #2 immediately. So this is rapidly happening and I went in and had the first symptom of Food poisoning, the second I found out this morning which is a fever of 101, and now I feel like a professional football player is tackling my stomach without rest, every 5 seconds I am getting the most painful cramps and sharp shooting pains in my stomach, THIS IS NOT OKAY, I HAD TO CALL OUT OF WORK BECAUSE OF THE PAIN, HURTING SO BAD IT HURTS TO TALK!!

I went to burger today 6.16.24 to get my 3 year old daughter food. I order a 4 piece nugget and a cheeseburger only ketchup with a icee. I didn't get the cheeseburger so I went inside because I was in drive thur originally and told them I didn't get the burger. The manager on my duty a Hispanic lady nerita don't know how to say her name was yelling tell me how she put the burger in my bag because she packed it herself, told me to go get the bag out my car so she can see..so I go get the bag with my daughter who's already eattin the nuggets to show her the bag. She's gonna tell me this isn't the bag she gave me. Like I would lie about a bag for a cheeseburger that's 1.29. So now I am upset and yelling about why would I lie about a dollar. She told me how I am lying about the burger in front all these customer because the lobby was packed. I was so embarrassed. Come to find out they never even charge me for the burger when the decide to finally look at the receipt. She gonna say how you never got charge for it, after she told me she gave me the burger. They don't have good customer service and no respect for there customers. I work retail for 10 years. That's not how u treat a...
