Lexi's Hair Cut LLC — Attraction in East Haven

Took my 4 year old grandson here for a haircut. He is TERRIFIED OF 💈 BARBERS! I had called in advance to make an appointment and to get the most experienced and qualified barber for this challenging task!

While there as anticipated my grandson was anxious and nervous however the barber talked to him, worked with us and the time he did panic and started screaming and flying off the chair the barber remained calm, compassionate, caring and understanding. Even gave him candies! He worked with him not against him and earned his trust; because he didn’t rush the process!

My little guy walked out looking fresh, feeling proud and accomplished. Now he looks forward to the next haircut at Lexi’s with “Mr. Horold” who was FANTASTIC with my little guy! They even snapped a picture together at the end! Blessings and keep up the great work!

On 10/14 I stopped off at another business next to Lexis barbershop. On that day I read the reviews I also noticed the owner took time to either thank the customer.Even the few negative reviews were replied to also as a way to rectify the mistake. I valued the reviews and the owners replied. On Tuesday 10/15, I walked in with no appointment they squeezed me in and I eventually met Roy. He listened to what I was seeking asked a few questions made a few suggestions and the cut was done. I saw other customers leaving happy with their outcome. I truly liked the way my hair was shaped as did others I know. The establishment was clean, spacious and well organized. Even though they accept walk in just make the appointment. Pathetic services and charged extra 5 bucks coz thr guy waited. He didn't understand that customer also waited for more than an hour.

Didn't understand the basic requirement and when cut was not proper. He started giving excuses.

I strongly recommend not to go here.

To another barbor shop, i will ensure that customer service is better than this one because i atleast called for audacity that i am running late but there was no communication from your side.
