We had a birthday party here and I forget the girls name who helped us but she was great and had a good personality. There were a handful of reasons I wouldn’t recommend a glow party- or a glow session at all especially for kids. There are handfuls of teenagers and young adults (which isn’t the problem) but it IS completely unmonitored. Staff throwing F bombs and teenagers saying all sorts of things not “kid friendly”. There are kids being entirely reckless and not paying attention to anything but themselves. Hands on contact and running into and knocking down kids. Hindsight I definitely should’ve checked out a glow session before booking it as a party. If your child has sensory issues this is not the place to be. It starts off being loud, but gets even louder as there is a DJ who plays music towards the back as well. (Entirely different music than on the main speakers and you can hear both at once) The speakers all around sound blown out and it’s just way too loud in general. The adults had a good laugh at how horrible that was but when it ended we were ready to go. Now back to the party itself. There were a few times we ran out of drink and food we brought wasn’t brought up including a fruit tray that wasn’t brought up at all until it was over (even though we asked for refills/the fruit tray). I had no access to the food we put away so I couldn’t grab it myself. They provided zero forks. They did give small plates. A handful of napkins. Overall the kids enjoyed it so no worries but the behind the scenes could use improvement. I would never book a sky zone party again.

We have visited here as a family multiple times now, and it's always a hit! It does tend to get busy, but it has a nice big parking lot and is easily accessible. There are so many activities and they are always adding new things. The staff is mainly teens or early 20s, but they are always friendly! There is generally a wait if you get food there while it's busy, but they provide a buzzer so you don't have to stay at the counter waiting. You do have to purchase special socks for jumping, but they are reusable, so you don't have to buy a new pair every time. You can purchase a locker rental for the day, if need be, or there are public racks and shoe caddy areas. There are obstacle courses, the trampoline area, a dodgeball area, climbing courses, an arcade, a trampoline basketball area, a regular basketball area, a soft bounce area, a zip line, and so much more! It can be pricey for a large family, but when you fill out a waiver, you can select to get emails where deals are sometimes offered.

Not a place for toddlers my child was subject to one small area out of the entire park and there was no children for her to play with she had to sit and watch a dozen of kids bouncing and running around and she couldn't play with anyone. I wasn't even allowed to hold her and jump or even sit on the side by her. She wasn't allowed to play with a ball nor was she allowed to play in foam pit. Not to mention, I've been to several different indoor trampoline parks in the country and this one is by far the most expensive and strict with rules. I've never been told I couldn't hold my child and bounce nor there was a foam pit she could crawl in until we came here. Needless to say, my child cried on her birthday and we were ripped off. The manager is a issue her with how she explained things to me in the beginning and yet allowed this bad experience to happen. Thanks for hurting my sweet baby.

Fun for the kids, poor service while waiting for our food

I am not one to give bad reviews or find joy in getting employees in trouble, but I find this necessary to share so that their food service can improve

After we ordered our food I was given a beeper. The beeper will buzz when your food is ready. The beeper buzzed, I stopped the kids from jumping so they could eat. I asked about our food, they let me know the pizza was being taken out and it would be ready in 5 minutes

20 minutes pass, it is what it is. It’s a Sunday night they are busy, I get it. Two more times I ask about the food and finally a young female with long straight brown hair brings the pizza out. I was thankful that kids could finally eat then return to jumping and asked, oh hey do you have sauce for the chicken nuggets we ordered. She looked away and mumbled while pointing passed the counter and register. It was a little rude but whatever, I said to myself no big deal she’s young and probably doesn’t want to be here. I go to where the sauces are both are empty. That’s fine, no big deal I asked the same girl who brought our pizza out if she could grab new sauces since all of the ones that were out, were empty. And here is when I was disrespected. She threw the paper plates on the pizza box I was holding then walked away to bring out a new ketchup bottle. After she came from behind the counter, she then proceeded to walk right by me knowing that I was standing their waiting for the ketchup. So not only was I wasting money because we were told our food was ready (the beeper buzzed) and I asked the kids to stop jumping, but now I am being disrespected to the point that I let her manager know and I really don’t like doing that.

I’ve been working since 14 yrs old. I’ve worked in the food industry, factories, retail stores. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews for employees who are working hard on minimum wage to serve others. But not only was my children's jump time wasted for 20 to 30 minutes, I was also being extremely disrespected

Although I don’t think much was done about this. The manager running tonight’s shift was very nice, hardworking, and understanding. He ended up moving the young lady to a different area in the facility

Corporate is going to hear from me via email tomorrow, and I will also be calling the morning manager

Maybe these employees need to sit down and have an orientation refresher on how to be kind to paying customers. And the food service definitely could use improvement as far as...

This place has GOT to start making progress towards cleanliness... my kids go here, they even have memberships but if it wasn't for them asking to go I wouldn't take them here. For starters, they don't have shoe guidelines. Most jump places, once you reach a certain point EVERYONE has to take shoes off. It's common sense to keeping your equipment clean. However EMPLOYEES wear shoes while standing on the trampolines and bounce areas. There is a specific time called toddler play and all the tiny kids crawl and jump all over everything that dirty shoes have been all over. The shoe thing should be a mandatory to help THE BUISNESS not have to deep clean as much. Not only that, but there is carpeted areas that are ALL stained up. The bounce pad that has the slides is like a war zone. It NEVER gets cleaned because I see the same trash week after week. Literally the same trash. So much chip crumbs, hair, baindaids, dustballs, bracelets, junk, ect. Under flaps and actually in plain sight. The place looks the exact same way at 10am that it has the night before. It's really not that hard to run a vacuum hose in these areas! The vaccumes should be the LEAST of the to do list with a place of children all around. Every establishment I've worked at, there was always an hour after closing to clean and reset for the morning. It wouldn't even be horrible to close for a day or two to deeeeeep clean.

My advice to this company is 1: DO THE DEEP CLEANING THAT IS LONG OVERDUE wash the matts, equiptment, trampolines 2: Set up a "no shoe after this point" rule with sock covers by the bathrooms to reduce dirt traffic. 3: Schedule in a vacuum sweep each night after closing. Most of the workers are teens, barely 18 I can see. However recruit a few adults or hire a clean team that takes cleaning seriously.

This review might be harsh but look at the 1 star reviews...besides birthday party mishaps, the big concern is the cleanliness. Get it together so your business can thrive. Otherwise Urban Air is going to take over and Skyzone will be shut down forever. A lot of toddler parents love this place and toddler time to let the kids run around. I am actually a "eat off the floor if you want" toddler parent but this is place is absolutely atrocious. It makes me so angry that honestly I would come clean for free just so my kids can play without the thought of the dirtyness they're...

I was at this location Pre-COVID for one of their specialty events where they have someone dress up as a character and toddlers can bounce without the older kids. In this case, Frozen. My daughter was 4 and she had a blast! The employees were gracious and extremely helpful. I felt the patrons were safe and everything was very organized. This made me feel I could come back and have the same experience. Ye Ole bait and switch folks. I don't believe one responsible adult works at this location on Saturday evenings. I went there before Glow Jump, which starts at 8pm. I don't wish to jump around under black lights while listening to Halsey. Not trashing it, it's just not my thing.

When we went, rules were not being followed and employees did not care one bit. A 1 year old was being thrown into the foam pit, people weren't taking turns, people were smashing into each other and the employees were not giving a damn at all. A kid jumped into me in the foam pit resulting in a trip to urgent care and a broken rib. The tables and floors were covered in garbage while the same employee walked by 11 times as if they didn't work there. It was shocking to see. About 30% of the customers did not wear masks, but all of the employees did. I filled out the survey via email and the manager called me and was genuinely concerned about the issues I mentioned, which was a refreshing.

Amenities: The lockers were $5 for 3 hours and were functional. You use your debit card to pay for them and your birthdate as your combo. If you're short (like me) and get assigned a higher locker, you're SOL. You can always take a gamble and put your stuff on one of the shelves. There was nobody playing arcade games and nobody at the prize station if you did win, but this wasn't an issue for us. The area by the lockers was a sea of sock wrappers, left over food packaging and cups. The parking lot was full of discarded socks and garbage. I wanted to use the restroom, but I figured there would be no TP, so I decided to not take the gamble on that one.

I understand that it was busy, but there were plenty of employees to make it a cleaner and safer place for everyone. Instead it was a dangerous mess, much like their bedrooms at home I can only assume.

We paid for 2 hours and left after...
