Eight years ago we drove out to their showroom and ended up buying a pasta machine, and a gorgeous hand crank slicer. Yesterday we purchased our second pasta machine from Arcobaleno. They are conveniently located in Lancaster, PA, and anytime we've ever needed service on either of our machines (always something we did or didn't do correctly) we were able to drive it out there, where they were able to service it same day, and get us on our way home, so we didn't have any downtime at our restaurant. We run a very busy Italian restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ and we are noted for our fresh homemade pasta. A great company starts at the top, and Antonio and Maja are the best. We had a great experience with arcobaleno we were in the market to purchase a pasta making machine for our pizzeria restaurant. We made an appointment & visited this location. We were greeted by a gentleman, Antonio, which was a very well spoken business person. He then took us into a showroom to show us the different types of pasta machines he had we chose our machine sat down in his office and explored different options did the paperwork and he promised me less than a week.
