Read moreAbsolutely beautiful! Inspiring, relaxing, and entertaining! Alot of easy paths to walk, but sturdy scooters available to rent of needed. The conservatories, the children's garden, the fountain shows, and Italian gardens are a must see. Figure 5 to 6 hours, or more if you want to check out all the details, but I could honestly stay all day and just hang out. Most stuff is outdoors, so dress accordingly. Food is a bit pricey, but you can bring in one water bottle per person (see website) and possibly refill it. They even had live music at the beer garden! (Sunday afternoon - again refer to website). If you like nature or gardening or just being amazed, and you've never been here before, add an extra hour or so to what you think you'll take. See website for timed admission tickets. I recommend getting tickets night before or early that morning, unless you want to go to one of the special performances. They can sell out fast,...
Read moreWe reserved our tickets prior to attending. It was insanely busy and it was visually stunning but people were beyond inconsiderate and would run you over if you weren't walking fast enough. This wasn't just once or to us. We saw it happening others and we often stopped and stepped to the side. There is no way to social distance and less than 25% of the people we saw wore masks. We visited early, right after dark, and the line of people herded waiting to get in was insane. It was very overcrowded with kids running all over the place, sometimes unsupervised. The views and lights however were stunning, just people ruined...
