Merlot on the Water — Attraction in East Windsor

This past Saturday our family Celebrated our Grammy’s 100th Birthday and I need to share the FABULOUS experience provided by Victoria Kania and the entire staff at Merlot on the Water! From the initial email correspondence to my last minute request to extend our booking an extra 15-30 minutes, they were beyond accommodating! Having worked in the hospitality industry for almost 15 years, I am extremely sensitive to stellar service. The bar has been reset by this team. Every request was met with a smile. They eased my anxiety and genuinely made a great day wonderful! Reasonably priced, beautifully appointed and food that was complimented by even the children!!

Having my wedding at Merlot on the Water was an absolute dream! Victoria was very informative, available to communicate, and super helpful from the very beginning. She and her amazing, friendly staff also helped our day move along seamlessly and checked in on us throughout to make sure we had what we needed. In addition, this venue has a lot else to offer, including beautiful outdoor views for the ceremony/pictures, the capability of accommodating an indoor ceremony if needed, and just an overall aesthetic charm. This is a really great venue if you're looking for a place that includes food, bar services, and cake as well for a reasonable price. My daughter Allison was married July 16th 2022 and though I do not do many public reviews I felt compelled to share our experience. This smaller rustic setting is absolutely beautiful. Victoria and her entire staff were attentive to every need, the food and appetizers were absolutely delicious. I would recommend this facility and Victoria to any young couple looking at venues for their special day. As the father of the bride, I made my way to every table and heard nothing but compliments on the venue, the food and the service from the waitstaff. This day could not have gone any smoother.
