I took my 80 year old mother here to purchase a recliner and a box spring. They had sales people running around like juveniles at recess! They had zero pieces in stock - and availability would be 2 - 4 weeks. 4 weeks later, they still did not have the items and had my mother down for pickup- when I had a conversation with the salesman before monies changed hands. So, my mom is angry when I pick her up. She was told delivery would be $100 plus $10 per item they had to remove. When we get there, the lady she spoke to was not around and Mark said this situation transpired because my mom didnāt speak to him. Iāve been a small business owner since 202- and told him their business model should be consistent regardless of whom a customer speaks to. Mark then offered to deliver the chair and box spring for free - it is very impossible to deliver items that are NOT IN STOCK!šš³

The money was taken from our account. Then we get another email saying they didnāt have it in stock even though it said it was in stock when we ordered it our order was canceled and we were instructed to contact the store for our money back. Contacted the store who said they couldnāt help us we had to call customer service. We called and were told we couldnāt have our money back for 7-10 days. We were not permitted to speak to a supervisor because they couldnāt pull up our account. Yet she was able to spell our name and tell me the street I live on. But yet they couldnāt pull up my account. So no washer and no money to purchase one from anywhere else because it is on hold. All because a confirmed order is all the sudden gone. And come to find out the delivery was a lie too. Online it said upon confirmation it would be today or tomorrow. In all of this we were told all delivery is two weeks out. Nothing is delivered that soon. I have been lied to by employees, the website and emails and my money is being held hostage. I have had nothing but aggravation and I got to pay for it stay...

We were told three weeks max for delivery, we waited three weeks after paying around $1000 on furniture (a sectional) Eastlake still didn't know when they were getting it in. Parma had a stock of 5! And Eastlake never gave us the option of picking up at a different location. (funny how that works getting their paid in full customers their furniture ASAP)
We went to Parma and rented a uhaul to pick up the furniture, the warehouse people handle them so roughly at Parma location, every "right side facing" piece was dropped hard when staged and the corner was broken from the person with the dolley setting them down too hard. Also, there's a gouge in one of the cushions.
We took it any way because the guy there said they would come out and exchange it when a better one was available.
I was offered a partial refund, but we wanted the couch fixed. To date my issue...
