Very unpleasant experience! (Good place, bad behaviors)

Today, I visited this library with my toddler and infant, hoping for a pleasant time. Doing children's activities together. However, my experience was marred by an incident involving a staff member. While I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding about the items on the countertop, I was taken aback by the staff member's loud and humiliating reaction. As a parent, I believe it's important to maintain a respectful and understanding environment, especially in a public space like a library that is supposed to be friendly. I hope that the library management will address this issue and ensure that all patrons are treated with kindness and professionalism.
