Ive had the great displeasure of working with a realtor names Joanna from this agency. Her personality is rude and off putting. I gave her a list of things that I was looking for in a house and she showed me properties which met none of my criteria. I sent her a list of about 10-15 properties that I wanted to see and every house she showed me was a house that SHE picked out, they were all over budget! In fact, I remember walking into one house and i asked her how much it was going for and she told me “you dont need to worry about that”. I had to remind her that i would be the one making the monthly payment so yeah i definitely have to worry about that. Turns out the house was $100k over budget!! That was a huge waste of my time! She always kept trying to force me into buying homes that were over budget, even after i reminded her several times. My final straw with her wad when she showed up THIRTY minutes late to an appointment. She didnt apologize and when I confronted her about it, she said she would reassign me to work with someone else. She said to me that she is “too busy and doesnt have the time to be on time” lol. That is ridiculous. She has no respect for other peoples time. The first day we met, she wasted my time with houses that were above my budget, bad location, bad run down conditions. Second day she was thirty minutes late. This agency is a joke. I literally would send her houses i liked and she wouldnt respond. I would have to call her multiple times to get her to schedule showings and ask for updates. Its like i was doing her job for her. She has a young girl who works with her names Sara. I think she tries her best but the first day i told them what my budget was, she pulled up a list of houses, all over budget but she quickly rectified the matter but even with her, you have to chase her down for an update for dates and times of showings. I think Sara has potential but probably needs to work with a different agency to be successful. I would avoid working with Joanna unless you like...
