So my pack and I first came to this beach about 3 months ago. I lived in Florida for a little and while there, I went to a dog beach for the first time and loved it so while staying in Atlantic City, I decided to see if there were any dog beaches nearby to tire out my pups so I wouldn't feel as guilty leaving the doggos in the hotel while the girlfriend and I were hanging out on the boardwalk. I was sooo pleased. Free ranging doggos everywhere. My pups had a blast and so did I. Thank you to the authorities and the administration for having such a marvelous place where there is so much peace of mine and also tons of smiles and it costs nothing! An absolute gem of a place and definitely recommend if you...
Read moreHaving only been the 2nd time taking our pup, Savannah, to a dog beach, she thoroughly enjoyed it when we took her on the 4th of July. The parking lot was small and very cramped but we did succeed in getting a park spot and stayed maybe 2 hours. The farther you go down the beach, the more spread out people & the dogs are. Our girl is not a fan of the waves (jumps up like it's hot lava, haha) but enjoyed the wind and sand. She stayed on a 16 foot leash i got on Amazon since there was a lot going on. She was definitely exhausted after her visit!...
