Scenic Drive Park West Rest Stop — Attraction in El Paso

Ahh, scenic drive. My absolute favorite place in all El Paso. I just moved here in late August and I can honestly say that the city scape at night is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. You're elevated maybe a half mile above town and between the lights from EP and Juarez, it's just lit up like Christmas.
