Can be very windy but this is a lovely trail with a great view of the bay and the city. Pleasant ambient boat noises. There is an option to walk out on a pier on the Emeryville side and some nice stretches of grass on the (windier) bay side for picnicking. If you like to climb on rocks, there's lots of room for that here.

I love this park. The ocean side always has a cool breeze and the marina side in warmer, with birds and boats. The view of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco and Marin is stunning. The paths are nice and clear, well paved, and there is a public bathroom (open even during COVID). Lots of parking. Picnic tables and grass for...

Love this trail, I highly recommend it! The Oceanside is much more interesting than the marina, but can be windy. Great spaces to have a picnic or a bbq, or just read a book. Lots of green Spaces and lunch...
