Diane is the best! We recently moved our boat here and Diane made us feel so welcome. She made everything easy for us and have just been an absolute delight. Facilities are great and super clean. Parking is easy, and there’s a fun kids playground, and the green spaces are well looked after.

The city is practically next door, the boating opportunities in the bay are great for sightseeing and fishing. The food scene in Emeryville / Oakland is diverse and fun, and there’s walking / biking paths all around and as an added bonus there’s a public park at the end of the peninsula.

This is the kind of place where people come for a jog in the morning to get away from the city.

Wonderful marina. Facilities are clean ,neat and have everything you'll need. Washing machines and dryers. Plenty of carts and well maintained parking. Roma Pizza and Chinese restaurant within walking distance. Bait shop and fishing party boats. A fishing pier ,walking and bicycle trails. Beautiful views of both bay bridges and Golden Gate. Watergate shopping Market within walking distance. It has its police and fire department within walking.
