Olympus Park is so new that Google maps still shows it as a grassy hill. Because it is so new, it is also extremely clean. They had city workers pressure washing all sidewalks the whole 3 hours we were there. I was so grateful for this because I forgot to put shoes on Henry before we left 🤦🏻♀️ My son had a blast here! He had so many different types of swings to choose from. He bounced between the tandem swings, the zip line swing, and the tire swing a million times and he slid down the grass hill and concrete slides over and over. There was plenty of cardboard to go around to go down the grass hill and designated waste stations to dispose it. These hills are very steep and kids under 2 will likely need assistance on most play equipment at this park. The small benches and picnic tables that are the most perfect size for little ones are so cute! I wish you could find these at every park! Be aware that you will find large crowds here. We came early on a weekday morning and it was already busy and it only got busier as the day went on.

Read moreBeautiful, clean, new park with some amazing features like separate fenced grassy areas with picnic tables for small and large dogs, A zip line that is fairly long for a neighborhood park and a cement bowl area for intermediate skateboarders, Some very nice climbing structures and a long tube slide running down the steep hill side. There is also an area with artificial turf for sliding down on cardboard pieces. The sidewalk has switchbacks so even strollers can access the flat, grassy knoll at the top of the park where there are swings, benches and tables for toddlers and a couple more tables under separate pergolas for more private conversations. I gave it 4 stars because I didn't see s bathroom, and there is very little parking. It is definitely a neighborhood park, but kids need a place to wash up after playing. Also, i don't remember seeing a water feature or any area where kids can create things like a sandbox, but i guess creating is a home-based activity nowadays. It has amazing features for a neighborhood park, but falls short as a magnet or regional park because there is insufficient parking and...
Read moreOlympus Park is an absolute gem, especially if you're looking for a place where kids can truly burn off some energy! We had such a fantastic time, and it quickly became a favorite for our family. While the whole park is thoughtfully designed with diverse play areas and even a reflexology path, the undisputed highlight for us was the artificial grass hill. It's pure genius! Kids were gleefully "sledding" down it with cardboard, rolling, or just running up and down, completely enchanted by the soft, springy surface. It offers all the fun of a natural hill without the dirt and grass stains, making for endless, exhilarating play. Beyond the incredible hill, the park boasts a fantastic playground with a variety of swings, slides, and climbing structures, ensuring there's something for every age. It's a vibrant, clean, and well-maintained space that truly encourages active, imaginative play. Olympus Park is definitely a must-visit for families in the...
