Anytime Fitness — Attraction in Enid

HONEST CUSTOMER Who Was Wronged & They WILL Do It To YOU...

I allowed them Way too much patience and they still charged me $450 through recurring charges that I did not owe after I cancelled my membership. They admitted to me that is it was their companies fault and then did Nothing to fix it.

Whole story: I joined as I did field work in the oilfield (not as a rough-neck) I ran all the computers and directional drilling measurement equipment while finishing my Master's degree. The manager told me she had a special deal going for any oilfield guys and would give us a reduced rate and be able to pause our payments when we were out of the area, and we could Always cancel the contract as there were none near my home. Long story short, the manager got fired for doing shady things like the specials she ran for us, and the new management's attitude was "Sorry, but you can't expect us to be held responsible for the wrong actions of that former employee can you?" I never raised my voice or was mean, I simply explained to them that "Yes, you are responsible as you are taking my money wrongfully, so I should not be charged for something I did not agree to and do not even have access to." The moral to the story is this company feels like they can burn people and there will be no consequences, so if you've read This or Any other review that explains what a corrupt company this is, it is 100% your fault when they burn You because You NOW Know...

I came into the town of Enid looking for a quality gym, then I came across Anytime Fitness. I was hoping for a great gym experience like I have had in my home town. Sadly within the first week I began to see the true side of the gym. The "manager" was sadly one of the most unprofessional females I have had to deal with. More then once during the early mornings or evening hours you could find her stepping out of the shower/restrooms with unknown men, even once dropping her underwear as she walked out. As you walk through the gym you can hear her using slander against her employees and other gym goers. The way she carries herself is very unprofessional, with skimpy clothing, and the way she speaks about others. I have never had such a horrible gym experience, I was very happy I was only using a pass given to me before I signed up.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH...

Most frustrating ,unknowledgeable unorganized company I've dealt with to date! Signed 12m contract for daughter. Circumstances changed and she was not able to go. Not once! So tried to cancel thinking small fee for early termination, well I was wrong. It would have cost more to terminate. So 12 mos of payments and two bi annual membership fees later. Payment still being taken from account. 17 phone calls 2 trips to gym and a few voicemails/emails later.... no result. Also let me remind you she NEVER walked through...
