Update: 6 months later this restaurant seems to be doing what most new restaurants do in Enid; it is going downhill. During our visit today, it seemed to have lost the luster, service and presentation that it started with. We arrived at 1130. The hostess team had 75% open tables and 4 parties waiting. It took us over 5 minutes to just check in, crowded in the front with no where to stand. We were waiting behind one man also waiting to check in. The young male host grabbed our menus and just looked at us as to say "right this way" with his eyes. He finally moved and led us to our table. Our server arrived in about five minutes and and took out drink order. She did not ask if we would like to start off with an appetizer. After we ordered our drinks (5 ice waters, simple right?) and she walked away, I was able to catch her passing by again and asked if we could order and appetizer. It took about 10 minutes to get our water. She also brought the appetizer at the same time. Maybe she was waiting for it to be ready before she brought our water? She took or order. In the mean time, two waters were completely empty. She passed by and grabbed one but not the other. Took it away and returned it full. No words spoken. She passed by our table multiple times. We finally had to move the water to the edge of the table so she would see it. Food came out. Eh so so. Not the presentation or quality from all the times before. My son's food came out with no condiments. His chosen side was carrots and ranch. No ranch. His sliders were plain with cheese only. When she brought the ranch, I asked for ketchup. By the time we got both condiments for him to start eating, we were half way into our meal. It took her forever each time to grab a condiment and return. Adult burgers come with condiments, not sure why they think kids would not like them also. Or at least ask if they would like ketchup or mustard. I was all about this restaurant before today's visit. Now I'm seeing exactly what happened to Applebee's happening here. The manager needs to stay on top of quality control and remind his staff to speak with professionalism and have a little hustle and spark...

Read moreThe food here was fine. The silverware did not look or feel very clean. Service started off great. Right after the last plate was delivered, the server brought the check and then just disappeared. I had actually been considering dessert but it was apparently assumed we had everything we would want. We ran out of drinks, mid-meal, the server was nowhere to be seen. My food was spicy, so I couldn’t eat without more water, but it was fine, the food was hot so not a huge deal to pause and wait for water. He finally did come out of the kitchen and I asked for more water and another person at my table asked for a refill. He took my glass and straw, and returned with it filled with what looked like water. I took a sip and was shocked by some flavor. I do not know what was in my water. It sort of tasted like artificial lemon, almost like some cleaners smell. Either way, I didn’t have lemon in my water before, it didn’t come with a lemon in it, and I’ve never experienced a restaurant with lemon infused water before - which is what I certainly hope it was because that’s better than the alternatives of him having switched my glass with someone else’s or some sort of cleaner being in my water. I ended up getting sick on the way home. I really wanted to like this place but now I’m just concerned about what...
