Poor customer service with Java Hughes My husband and I are serious art collectors and decided to check out Fine Line Designs, but were hesitant because of the poor customer service we experienced in the past. We asked some simple questions of Java Hughes, one of the employees, regarding some art and she responded with uncooperative comments, she was unorganized and offered no assistance to us when we asked about details regarding the displayed art.
