This is not the trail head for the caves. Both the boat launch and trail parking have minimal amenities such as a single pit toilet. The trail area has parking for 10-20 vehicles parked parallel to the roundabout allowing enough room for big rigs to come in and turn around. The road is gravel and has potholes.
The trail is a single file path in and out less than a mile along the cave ridge with some shade and minimal elevation climb.
