The one public outhouse is in desperate need of being cleaned and repaired. The toilet is to the brim with toilet paper feces and other miscellaneous ick. The door has been broken so if you go and need to use that restroom in any desperate attempt you'll want someone to stand outside the door to keep it closed for you.
The only garbage can that remains is the huge dumpster over by the dog park and the broken outhouse and it's looking like it needs to be emptied pretty soon
Why can't the city just have normal garbage cans throughout the park? Few people are going to carry their garbage back from having walked the entire trail to one location that they may or may not be aware exists for garbage.
Also, why can't there be more than one outhouse? Considering the only restrooms I'm aware of at that Park are all the way down at the boat launch. For the city taxes paid it seems to me the park could be better...
