Paleontology, geology, archaeology, and art in the first building. Make sure to ask to see the second building too, which isn't always open but often someone can take you over there - with many historical things from Fairview's early days. Also the stuff outside is interesting (assuming weather allows checking those things out). Best thing is the big mammoth skeleton in the first building from bones dug up high in the mountains above Fairview when the dam for Huntington Reservoir was being contructed. Make sure to go up to the second level to look down on it, really cool. There's another identical skeleton from this same mammoth at the Prehistoric Museum in Price.
