Jillybean’s Farmstand LLC — Attraction in Farmington

All I can say is rude! They have overpriced trees and act like customer service is not what they do. You as a business owner should always say the customer is right. Not argue and then say that my voicemail regarding the tree was not appreciated. I would not go there for Christmas trees. I can't speak for what else they offer. They have nothing stating no refund is something is not right with the tree. They took my cash and then said they would not refund my money only replace with another tree but it could cost me more money. I have to drag this tree back and they are acting like I was the rude one. This is the first and last time at jellybeans...

Jillybeans is a wonderful family run farmstead located on Route 6 in Farmington not far from the Bristol town line. They offer a great selection of vegetable plants, annuals, perrenials, patio pots and hanging baskets. Everything is healthy and well presented. They offer fresh vegetables in season along with local pastries, cheeses, eggs and ice cream. Well worth the stop to get your garden going and kitchen stocked...

Very accessible family farm with greenhouses, country store and friendly staff! We have been going to Jillybeans since they opened and have enjoyed watching them grow. They have the most helpful employees who are always glad to help. The family pride and love at this place is evident in everything they do.
