Trumpf Inc — Local services in Farmington

I worked their for a temp service. If you can get in you are in luck. Kelly Services does placement. Less than five starts but atmosphere in bright basically. Some stingy maintenance needed in the department I was set in that will take deep look if they EVER gonna repair it. I worked a second shift under Clint Haven. His last official day was Oct. 28 *notice *departure/other work; turns out that was my last day too ("Politics" they let burn the smaller entities always!). Where I worked it was in full view of where they had a small aircraft CRASH into the roof of the building a few years ago. If you are interested in working here their are two ways: Dallen Pearson Batterson Park Rd./Kelly Services//Or HR directly at their main location 3 Johnson Ave. You will need to go to one of the three buildings clustered on the right side of the main-center-drag (1 building sits alone on the left side of the Street & we talking coming from the Plainville line where Roberson Airport located). If you can drive thru their parking lot into the back area the building that HR is in is the first back building on right-side once you are into the very back parking lot. I have been in manufacturing for over 50 years and I have never seen such terrible service from a company. Wish I could give negative stars. We have the most expensive service agreement Trumpf offers and it does nothing for us. Our laser has been down for 16 days now and the scheduler can't even tell me when their Tech will be here. $560,000.00 in lost production so far and Trumpf could care less. Trumpf in Farmington is beautiful campus. They have a very respectful business. However, there is always turnover in Mgmt. Departments do not work together and lots of egos in Mgmt, especially Finance / Collections. They need to hire younger staff with fresh ideas. Very stuck in their old ways, yet they don’t remember respect for each other. It use to be a great company...
