Get Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Ferndale

I had high hopes for this Get Air birthday party but was left disappointed. The positive reviews had me fooled. Our party was 10am-12pm on a Saturday. The place was not crowded at all which was great but made me wonder why I didn't get the host experience you'd expect. Upon arrival the party host we had already seemed aggravated and they had just opened. We went back to the party room and found zero table cloths on the table as advertised in all the pictures with neon green and purple table cloths. I didn't bring any so we just had the ugly tables with their plates and cups set out. As soon as she showed us the tables, she left. She did not even offer to help me set up so I did it. When the pizzas arrived they announced it on the loud speaker. The "host" set the pizzas down and started to walk off so I had to ask her to help pass pizza out. She seemed aggravated by my request but stayed. As soon as she finished putting pizza on plates she was done. I had hoped she would have offered to help with drinks or anything else but she left. I received zero help for the remainder of the party, not even to pass out cake or clean up. Aside from leaving the little bit of trash from cake out I cleaned the rest. I did not see her again til right at 12 when she popped up right next to me with a tablet asking for me to add gratuity to the party. I was pretty offended since she hadn't done anything and I was clearly still boxing things up to take to the car, again with not even an offer of help from her. She held the tablet in her hands watching me fill it out. I left a $10 tip, which I don't think she deserved, only because I felt pressured by her asking for it. I had to ask to take the tablet so I could put in the custome tip in since at first I clicked 20% and it was almost $70 for that. No way I was giving her $70. Again, she got annoyed. As soon as I signed she tuned and left and appeared to be complaining about me to a coworker. I had to go to the front to ask for a receipt. The rest of the staff at the counter seemed friendly. Though I do think they should have been watching the kids on the trampolines more. Overall, the party hosts could use some lessons from Chuck e cheese. That place does a party right. I left 2 stars as my son still had fun. However, I will not be giving Get Air any more chances for parties. Paying almost $400 for a party that is suppose to come with a host and not receiving any help is really not ok. Setting plates down and dropping pizzas off is...

My least favorite birthday party I have ever had for a mom of 3 that age from 11 to 3. About 5 hundred for a very unorganized party. When we first got there it was lines everywhere for a sunday. (Witch i guess is normal so at this moment I'm going with understaffed). Everyone was friendly but you could see the frustration in the Staff. We got greeted to the hostess witch was super nice. We got taken to the party room witch you share with other parties. (Cool but my first time so I didn't know this part.) All the kids that was starting to arrive waited in these long lines just to get checked in! Time waisted as I see it because they were pretty long and 1 Staff member checking people in at this time. I wasn't back in the party room much but even when I was I still didn't see my hostess. At this time i was looking for her because the kids that have arrived and jumped got thirsty. I had to help my guest actually get In the doors so they could actually enjoy the party. Pizza didn't arrive until like 5:25 witch is cool but arrival was 5. I severed the pizza and cupcakes witch is the mom in me. But dang a little help would have been thoughtful. My kids still enjoyed themselves that's why I gave it a 2 star. But even at 5:50 when trying to check out guest behind me was annoyed on the lack of staff because again it was 1 person helping. All I was trying to do was pay my bill but in my mind this should have been done with the hostess. Will we come back yes(as jumpers) but will I have another party no. It's a pretty fun place this was our first time ever coming here and for a birthday at that so we had one of the staff members that help you while the party is going on he was all out of sorts not really on top of everything but he was super nice and tried to help where he could for the most part I think it was just to many parties going on at one time witch is was probably 2 or 3 other parties going on at that time and there was still room for 1 or 2 more back there and there is only one big back room with tables witch is where the parties are held so not like some other places where you have your own room. But out on the floor the kids had so much fun and so many different areas with things to climb on swings unfortunately the zip line and the surf board were out of service so we didnt get to try them out and not alot of works out on the floors walking around keeping an eye on things. One more thing I just gota tell you there bathrooms if you go there and have to use the restroom put your shoes back on first it was so bad trash all over the floors no soap to wash your hands one sink was broken the toilet paper rolls were sitting on the backs of the toilets and not in every stall so all in all I would probably never have a birthday there or use there bathrooms again but maybe just for a quick visit let the kids jump around for an hr for that I would consider going back but nothing more and just because its closer to our house then any other...
