I am giving 1 star for this salon's cleanliness (or lack there of). I went in for a mani & pedi, and things started out okay (not great, but okay). I was immediately brought back to a pedicure chair with a liner in the foot tub. I chose an organic pedicure, and the nail tech picked out the scent without asking what I preferred. I was a little upset about that, because I had a scent picked out already, but she did not bother to ask, and just dumped something in the tub while I was picking out a color. She actually chose the 1 scent I did NOT want, but I let it slide as I did not want the product to be wasted or have to move to a different chair. The nail tech was nice and gave a relaxing leg massage, and I would have given more stars if it were not for the lack of hygiene. If I was only getting a pedicure, I would have never noticed. Once I moved to the manicure station though, it all went down hill. I was brought over to a nail table where the tech was already working on a client’s nail. The tech made the client move to another table where he finished her nails. If I were her, I would have been quite perturbed having to move in the middle of a manicure. I do not know why they could not have just had me wait elsewhere until the tech was done. The table was DIRTY! It was not cleaned form the manicure that was already taking place. There were nail clipping on the table and on the floor. There was nail dust from filing on the chair and all across the table. I would not put my hands on the table. I sat quietly waiting on the tech to be finished thinking he would come and clean the table before starting me. He did not. He came, picked up the same file he was using previously, had no clean new tools, and asked for my hands. It was at that point I realized none of the utensils used on my pedicure had come from a sealed bag or other part of the salon indicating they had been cleaned prior. I was thoroughly grossed out, refused the manicure, paid for my pedicure, and left. I will not return, and recommend that anyone who cares about their health, or hygiene in general not patron this...

Highly upset. A friend and I walked in and said we were there for pedicures and to have our nails done for my wedding which was 3 days away. We said we would like to get acrylic nails done. The owner asked us if we had ever had the new powder nails done before. We said that we didn’t and he went on to tell us that it was healthier, better looking, and pointed to the color options. My friend was planning on getting just purple but for myself I wanted a French manicure. I told the man “I don’t think I can do the powder because I want a French manicure.” He said “no no. That’s no problem. I can do that”. My friend picked out her purple and I picked out white for my tips. She got her nails done while I had my feet done and we switched, meaning I never got to see the powder process. He starts working on my nails and I think everything being done is how it goes since I’ve never had it done before. He tells me to go wash my hands so I do and come back only to find another client in my chair and all of my belongings moved. He had painted my nails completely white. I thought maybe this was the process before making them French tips. I told him “excuse me, this wasn’t what I wanted. I told you I wanted French tips”. He told me that I never told him that but that he would fix it if I came back. I don’t have time to come back because my wedding is now two days away and I have other things to do. Not only were my nails done incorrectly but there is so much excess paint on my skin that I can’t get off no matter what I do. My friends who were supposed to be purple are a marbles looking purple because he didn’t brush away all of the powder before dipping them. ATTENTION YOU WILL GET A NAIL INFECTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have went to this location multiple times and this time I went and got a terrible full set. I got them done and felt terrible as soon as I left I called the manager and told him what happened within the hour I told him 2 nails popped off and the paint was chipping . He ask if I could come back in and he would personally fix them himself. I told him I could return the next day. Mind you I drove across town to go back to them. When I went back the next day he said oh no no no she will fix them it's ok and I told him I thought you where going to fix them for me. And he said I talked to her and she will fix. Then I told him I will dispute the money if they are not fixed this time. I spend a lot of money and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and was wrong. I left the nail salon very upset and I dispute the charges and the owner did not allow this. Mind you after 3 days my nails started to itch and where popping off. I had to take the rest of the nails off because they got infected. It's very upsetting that this happened and the manager would not...
