Bulow Plantation — Attraction in Flagler Beach

Mistreated residents.Don't live up to there own standards. Over charge lot rent for the amount of amenities compared to other parks in our area. Roads in need of repair. Trees need trimmed. Waterways need cleaning and dredging.Staff in office not concerned with any issues brought before them. Many homes in bad need of repair or replacement/ removal. Poor management. People and children living in this community that should not be here according to the community prospectus. We are a water front community that can't even keep boats in our driveways although some do and manager let's them get by and others must move to the storage lot which is more like a disaster lot. Didn't see anybody to ask questions or get information, however there were detailed maps and pamphlets available. Definitely suggest using the maps. Bathrooms available. The ruins of the Sugar Mill were quite interesting and great signage to explain what you see. The plantation house and slave cabins do not exist any longer, so do not expect to see them :-) There is a beautiful waterfront area with picnic tables and grills.
