Ford Flat Rock Assembly Plant — Attraction in Flat Rock

You know what I hate as a driver coming to do my job pick up/drop off load the type of unwanted attitudes I’ve received at these Ford plants. It happened at this plant the shipping/receiving clerk short Caucasian woman tried to portray me as the rude angry young black guy. When in reality she’s clearly having her own issue or maybe just don’t want to be presented friendly to blacks. I’m the second driver that had this problem and I’m new and guess what it was my first time seeing her now I’m unable to even go there because she complained about me to my company. But we all know what the matter is and it’s unfair that big corporations like Ford and other facilities let the racial issues go on without being justified and addressed. So of course this particular woman then recruited all the men I’ve seen before who barely want to speak on her side and now they have a chip on their shoulder against me as well. Saying I’m rude or the quote on quote angry young black man when they just going off what she crying about and saying when she started out rude and nasty to me. Acting as if I’m dumb or don’t know what I’m doing with hand gestures and all that. 4:30ish pm 4/30/24 Pack of ford raptors being driven to your plant were driving erratically down i75 south. Swerving in out of traffic easily going 100mph cutting people off. All of the raptors have black paint except for one that was silver. Specifically whoever was driving the silver one was the worst and clearly was red lining the vehicle as it blew white smoke down the highway.

Essentially from the Rouge plant all the way to flatrock they were nearly causing accidents down i75.

I don't know what the factory is like, I'm sure it's nice. But the lot in the back that we haul out of is the biggest dump I have ever seen. Does Ford not make money?
