Burger King — Restaurant in Flat Rock

It's Burger King. I don't go here expecting gourmet. I'd like quick and convenient and perhaps even kind. I was here about a week ago in the drive thru. The place was empty. No one else in the drive thru or inside. I placed my order at the menu and then drove around but forgot to add on an additional sandwich. When I got to the window, I asked to add on the sandwich. The cashier said, "Sorry, no add-ons" and pointed to a sign on the window." I said, "Would you like me to drive around again?" He said, "Yes." I left and will not be back. While I thoroughly respect their sentiment and idea, one must be careful to always hold logic above "rules". If I would have asked for an add-on and someone was behind me or even pulling into line, I would have understood their reasoning but I was the only person there. How absurd to ask me to actually drive around and order through their silly microphone again?...

Used to be THE WORST Burger King around, things have taken a turn. Most people I talk to in the area stay away from that location because of its horrible reputation, and it is well deserved, trust me. There must be new management, because we gave it a try after they remodeled and it was pretty darn good BK. Give this place another try if your one of the people that knows this locations past history. UPDATE: my wife showed me on her phone the "DQ relations" replied to this review, but I cannot see it. Local Facebook posts about how bad this business has become is going to SERIOUSLY hamper this business. All posts, and myself included recommend going to ANY other DQ than this one. It's too bad, it's only a block from my house. We would patronize this business weekly if it was not an hour and a half...

So I came To Burger King because I am having a craving for french fries and onion rings sauce ! I order , I am the only Car In the drive-through! When I receive my food I ask can I have a onion ring sauce and he says is extra in which I originally already knew and had no problem with but he tells me he can’t add anything at the window. I can see maybe another menu item but a sauce?! You gotta be kidding me. I threw the whole thing away because he ruined it for me tonight ! Dude there was no one in line nor waiting. Prefect time to Execute outstanding customer service but instead you chose the quick lazy route and which lost you a customer and got you a bad review.
