We dropped off a family member at this location at 630 this morning. Not many people were there. She should have been able to get tested. Find out after 3 hours they cut off the line. People in front off her were calling family and friends to come out to the test site as they were already in a good spot in line and then to show up and cut the lines from people who were fairly there first. The security guy didn't even stop this. How is this fair that people cannot even follow guidelines? I'm so disappointed in how this was handled. I hope someone from this facility sees this and hopefully can fix this problem. I'm sure that if you people who did this and you were in her position you would be angry on how people disregard you. I arrived at 6:42 and was registered by 6:45. They tried to tell me that their last appointment is at 6:45, but it WAS 6:45 as I was talking to them and they had already batched out and closed PCR down and wouldn’t let me test. I go there with my kids and they shouldn’t have to see the profane nonsense that people (kids) have decided to put on there. But my main problem is the fact that this is a Veterans Park and the POW MIA flag has been upside down for months and the rest of the flags are either torn or faded. Show a little respect towards the people who served this country please. This is...
