As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff. He offered to explain the whole menu and process being a first-timer there. Got an enchilada w/ chicken and tomato. It was very juicy and the amount of cheese and cream they put on complimented the texture very well. Good portion for the price as you also get refried beans (which came with sprinkled cheese on it. It was okay nothing special) and a serving a yellow rice which was good. Got birria tacos: Juicy, tasty, and the crunch was very nice how they prepared it but the steak could’ve been more tender and the consomé that came with it was good. Stew-like as they also add in more things than I’ve had at other places which isn’t a bad thing. You also get to prep and take with you toppings like cilantro, pico, chile (hot sauce). I have been eating at La Campana in Orlando for sometime now and truly enjoy their food. I found out that La Campana Express in Kissimmee is an extension to the one in Orlando. Let me tell you that this place is delicious. The tacos are amazing. They have great flavor and taste. Of course it’s all about the tortillas and this is very good. Chips for your salsa are made to order. They come out crispy and warm. The salsa bar has delicious green and red salsa with an amazing avocado salsa. I recommend you try this local taco spot. Just called and they could not understand me (don’t speak Spanish unfortunately), and they laughed and hung up the phone. Tried again. They answered and just left the phone on but didn’t speak. Clearly would not try to talk to me. First time I went here, they messed up critical parts of our order because she clearly did not understand us. They put onions and tomatoes (we have allergies) in everything that we said NO and that we had an allergy. Over half the order. The food itself was decent, but not enough to be discriminated against and given the wrong food. I would warn you if you only speak English, stay away....
