A lovely little turquoise spring around a wooded area. There are a ton of trails surrounding the spring, as well as bathroom and shower area. There is camping and equestrian stables nearby, too! $5 to get into the Florida Cavern Park, where this is located.
The spring is fairly chilly, as you should expect. There are an abundance of fish big and small, turtles, birds, and a plethora of bugs. Bug spray is an absolute must.

Bring your goggles to see lots of fish even turtles. However please use bug repellent and wear good cover ups if hiking the trails as there are deer ticks. One of them gave me Lyme disease. Read moreThe path to it is a little hike but so worth it. The most amazing water I've ever seen. So blue but oh so cold. There are caves underneath and you can feel the current it's so strong. The kids almost jumped on a non poisoness snake. So that was fun. Haha. But this was an experience I will not soon forget. We will most definitely return....
