One of our favorite "trips" to the Dry Tortugas in the Fla Keys, Gulf of Mexico....is a "short" 4 hour boat ride getting to this national park. If there's no breeze, WOW, the humidity is suffocating coupled with the heat. Located some 70 miles off the coast of Key West, this is definitely one of the most isolated places in the US.
