Read moreToday we tried to launch our kayaks at the intercoastal beach of North Jetty Park and found that access into the water was entirely blocked by several backed-in parked trucks, a camper, and a truck with a jet-ski trailer. As a matter of common sense this is an appropriate place for "standing" whereby cars and trucks would be allowed to stop to discharge Kayaks or passengers.
Blocking access to the water made the facility unusable, for people needing to exit the water this condition was dangerous. I would appreciate if Sarasota would address this issue with signage or...
