It’s 2 miles west of Okaloosa Islands last remaining fishing pier & 100 yards East of where the Military training grounds begin and public access ends …. Access 7 Emerald Promenade is the last public entrance to the amazing white beaches and unbelievable waters that are the Gulf of Mexico. Located off of Santa Rosa Blvd at the end of what is considered both the Santa Rosa National Park, of which the unincorporated residential area of Okaloosa Island lies within. It consists of mostly single family houses, on the Bay side to the North of the Blvd. and Condos line the Southern edge along the Ocean. It’s a great place to park and spend your time ANY chance you get. It’s never over crowded but has lifeguards and public restrooms. ❤️❤️❤️

Came late on a Monday afternoon. This beach access is well marked, & has lots of parking. It is the last beach access, at the end of Santa Rosa Blvd. It is clean, well maintained with a fairly short walk from the parking lot to the beach. There is a beach restaurant next to Access 7, that is easy to walk to. The Outside showers and covered picnic area, are also added features.

Nice public access point. There was a lot of algae compres to other beaches in the area, so it wasn’t as clear and it smelled like algae. The restrooms were okay, not the best but it’s the beach. They had normal outdoor showers and a nice bin to reuse beach toys (take leave method).
