We recently placed a to-go order totaling around $70 and even left a tip. However, upon arriving, we changed our minds due to heavy traffic and politely asked if we could dine in instead. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn't, despite having already paid for the food.
This was a first for me — being refused a table after paying in full and tipping felt very unwelcoming and rigid. The food itself was okay, nothing special or particularly memorable. Given the price and the lack of flexibility in service, the overall experience was disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify a few points. First, my visit was on a Thursday, not during a "busy weekend" as you claimed. At the time, the restaurant was mostly empty, and there were no other guests waiting, which makes your statement misleading.
Your response unfortunately confirms my concerns. Rather than taking accountability, you’ve chosen to misrepresent the situation. It's disappointing to see a business owner respond this way instead of addressing valid feedback with honesty and professionalism.
Your team had the opportunity to provide better service and chose not to. That, not the $2 tip or app discount, is the issue here. I stand...
Read moreWhen we walked in, we were greeted by a young man with a big smile! 🌟🌟. He told us there was a 20-25 minute wait so we gave our name and went back outside. Maybe 5 minutes later he came out and said a reservation cancelled so we could get a table. 🌟😆 server came over and greeted us with a smile and asked what drinks we’d like.🌟🌟 I try to get dishes on the menu that are not the common favs. One caught me. I asked the server her recommendation, she told me the commons, so I asked her about the seafood pasta. She stated that was her fav and has not seen anything like it. Done. Wife ordered (what I thought she said) Korean style wings and I seafood pasta and 5 piece sushi plate. The sushi was some of the freshest I’ve ever tasted🌟. Son had Mango Tango, it was HUGE compared to others we’ve seen and he ate almost all. He is 3 so I take it that he thought it was really good🌟. The main dishes came, we ate. Amazing. Definitely a good choice.🌟🌟. Now the downside. I felt like I was in a club. No issue with the music, just the volume. Way to loud. The smiles, the friendliness, the service and the food, all worth...
Read moreThis place is completely awesome!! This is where the locals come for sushi for sure, today the place is full of military folks. Also they have a very trendy atmosphere there are two giant TVs and a great selection of music playing. These guys really do a great job at combining and layering flavors consistently everytime we eat here. Our favorite roll is the Kracken but the Boombastic Kawaii Roll and Mango Tango are must trys. My wife REALLY enjoyed the Katsu curry and she also gets the Ramen bowl which is completely out of this world! The springrolls and wontons are handmade and they have a complete selection of warm and chilled Sake.We try a different one each time. Sitting at the sushi bar is a treat.. They have a team of about 6 sushi chefs of all ages countries and nationalities and its pretty impressive to watch the way they all work together to make such excellent food although some are speaking different languages they each have definitely been trained by an expert to work here. If you want food and an experience that will make u say wow. Yall have to...
