The parking feels TIGHT, congested, and we were there on a VERY slow day, in the off season. The parking lot wasn't full, just very tight spaces, and not many of them, so I can see that it could be an issue during the busier summer months. Our waiter was wonderful: very nice and patient as we took time to deliberate even staying (we thought they were serving breakfast, but it was over and they were only serving lunch), and then even longer to decide on what to eat. The menu is quite small, but I do appreciate the unique twists on items. However, we weren't big fans of what we ordered. I had the avocado toast and paid $4 upcharge to add bacon, which was MAYBE 1 whole slice of bacon divided between the two slices of bread. It was NOT toasted, and very limp. The avocado mash was very bland, and the whole dish was just not it, especially for the steep price. My daughter had the ginormous plate of nachos, but swap of "regular" beef/beans for andouille sausage proved less than yummy, and the cheese sauce was too spicy, which is, of course, subjective. The table next to us also ordered the nachos and loved them. In addition to those 2 menu items, we also had the chicken sandwich and the burger, both of which were mediocre and definitely not worth the price. Sitting outside, the view was everything you want while dining in this area, so definitely great for that. But, like too many beach side restaurants, the food came up short for us, with too high of a price tag. We won't...

BARTENDER: NICOLE
This place is less than 2 years old and is next to the public beach access.
Parking - this place has plenty of free parking including several spots covered and is wheelchair accessible.
The cocktail menu ( see picture) is the biggest I have ever seen. My bartender said she was the creator of this drink menu. Nicole gave me world class service.
*Pineapple margarita - this drink was outstanding! I got mine with the Pilagro reposado. Highly recommended if Nicole is working.
*Biscuits & Gravy - the gravy is soooo flavorful. I haven't tasted gravy this good since I was young child. The biscuits & gravy are served with 2 fried eggs,a sausage patty, two slices of bacon and a fruit cup. It's amazing how hot (temperature) the eggs were. The biscuits are delicious along with the bacon. I would not normally order biscuits & gravy but I was so happy I did.❤️
This place has plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is nice and most of that seating is covered. The seating indoors is approximately 50 seats including the bar which has approximately 10 seats.
The one suggestion I would recommend I have is the bar seats are very hard and in my opinion are uncomfortable.
If you find yourself visiting okoloosa island be sure to check this place out. This was such an unexpected...

The view, though half-blocked by a condo, is lovely, and the breeze across the patio and throughout the open garage doors was delightful. The service was good, attentive enough, and the staff seemed eager to make us feel welcomed. You have to climb two flights of stairs or go up a long ramp, and I didn't see a clearly marked elevator, so wheelchair access may be tough. The food, on the other hand, was...also a bit tough.
The Eggs Benedict was just okay. The english muffin was over-toasted, the tiny canadian bacon was tiny, and the tiny poached eggs were somehow even tinier. Thankfully it was drenched in hollandaise, though the added capers and greens didn't seem to add any flavor and also weren't listed on the menu. So, could have used a steak knife.
The biscuits and gravy were a little tough, the gravy tasted like it came from a jar, and the eggs were stacked on top of everything, which was not clear on the menu. The candied bacon was the best thing on the plate, but wasn't true candied bacon - just slightly sweet bacon.
All in all, the price is just about right, and compared to other local eateries, Beachview is atleast...
