Old Salt Park is a hidden gem in Florida. It's a small park, but it's packed with things to do. There's a playground for kids, a picnic area, and a walking trail that winds through the park. The park is also home to a variety of wildlife, including alligators, turtles, and birds.
I visited Old Salt Park on a recent trip to Florida, and I was really impressed. The park is well-maintained, and it's a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. I especially enjoyed the walking trail, which offered beautiful views of the park and the surrounding area.
If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to visit in Florida, I highly recommend Old Salt Park. It's a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the beauty of nature.

There is a private beach roped off for a resort, north of the parks entrance. I got to the beach later in the afternoon and hardly anyone was there. Surf wasn't as strong due to a sandbar and the rocks, and the breaking surf being further out. I finally got the get into the water without fears of riptides at...
