They told me I didn’t have my money in the right spot when I had been there all night and had lost thousands and had been making the same bet over and over. I asked them to let me see the Tape because I know I was placing the same bit over and over because I felt lucky tonight(Like I always do) this is the shadiest thing I’ve ever experienced and I never would have thought that they would do this to me sure it’s been years ago but it’s still on my mind. I can’t say enough good things about Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee. I first discovered this gem during a business trip to Naples, and it’s been a game-changer. I drove 40 minutes from Naples just to check it out, and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the warmth, professionalism, and positivity of the entire staff. The atmosphere here is unmatched—it’s friendly, welcoming, and genuinely customer-first.

What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding leadership and management. You can tell they’ve built a culture focused on service and hospitality. Whether it’s the front desk, the casino floor, the restaurants, or housekeeping—everyone is top-notch. Omar at the front desk is a shining example of this. Every time I check in, he greets me professionally by my last name and goes above and beyond to make me feel like a valued guest.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. The amenities are excellent, the food is always delicious and fairly priced, and the service? Truly five-star. Even when I’ve only stopped by for a few hours, I’ve always been treated like a VIP.

I’ve also read some reviews where people claim the machines here are too tight or that they never win, and I have to respectfully disagree. In my experience, I’ve actually come out ahead many times—especially when using free play and comps, which this property is generous with. I play smart, and I understand not every day will be a winning one, but it’s all about strategy, timing, and sometimes just plain luck. The reality is, no casino guarantees a win every visit. Some machines are more volatile than others, and that’s just how slots work. I appreciate that Immokalee gives players a fair shot, and I’ve personally seen the returns to prove it.

This is the third time that I’ve written a review in the past 30 days someone always reads this review and says they’re the owner give me more information. I’m gonna follow up on this for you because I was ripped off. I had a straight flush and they didn’t give me my money. They cheated me point blank so someone’s contacting me each time and telling me they’re gonna look into this and they’ll get back with me give me your number and we’ll get back in touch with you within 48 hours. After they tell me, they’ll get back with me in 48 hours no one contacts me anymore. It’s really unfair that a person like me who’s not rich who has been coming to that casino every since it first opened when it only had one table in there I’ve lost thousands of dollars in there on the day that I got cheated. I used my players card so I know they have the event recorded they can pull up every event off of your players card and this is a shame that they will do this to me.
