There's a large sledding hill in the middle of the park that I took the grandkids to in the winter and it is excellent. Summertime is also great there are many amenities in the park including baseball diamonds, tennis courts, two playgrounds, basketball courts, a band shell where there are concerts twice a week during summer, a picnic shelter, sand volleyball court, and plenty of grassy area and lots of trees. Excellent place to spend the day with the family or a group for a picnic. There's a good-sized parking area as well as street parking on the west side of the park and street parking by the north and east entrances to the park in a residential neighborhood. We attended a party here, and the cleaniness was subpar when we were setting up for the party. We had to clean before we set up, and that was disappointing. The kitchen appliances are very old and rusted, but they handled the food well.
